TBE is a State operated enterprise that provides management level employment opportunities for legally blind persons who are trained and licensed to manage large food service operations. Although our ultimate mission is to provide employment opportunities for persons who are blind, we believe that we can best accomplish this by keeping our focus on you - the customer. By focusing our energies and efforts on providing high quality products and outstanding service to our customers, we believe there will be greater opportunities for our licensed managers who just happen to be legally blind.
