Commitment to Excellence - If TBE is selected to provide service to your employees, you will

Equipment - TBE will commit to installing new equipment at your location. We use only the 
top of the line equipment - all national brands that you have come to equate with dependability. You can be assured that we will not install used or refurbished equipment like some companies do. New equipment costs us more but it is part of our commitment to excellence.

Great Food - Whether you are talking about vending machines or an on-site service, TBE will 
insure that only quality food products are sold. You have our guarantee. We sell only brand name products that are fresh and attractively presented and sold at competitive prices.

Manager - TBE will provide a trained, licensed manager to service your account. This manager 
will be a self-employed entrepreneur whose livelihood will be determined by the level and quality of service provided to you. Our managers happen to be legally blind but that is not a handicap. They have received extensive training and are now independent business people just like anyone else.

Supervision - TBE will assign a staff person, a Business Enterprises Consultant, who will work 
with you and the manager to ensure that we fulfill our commitment to excellence and that our operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

Exactly how does it work?

It's really quite simple. Your company and TBE will enter into a signed agreement that spells out the terms and conditions of the operation. TBE will assign a Business Enterprises Consultant who will work with you to customize the service to meet your specific needs. TBE will make the necessary alterations to the space and install the equipment at no cost to your company. TBE will then purchase merchandise to stock the facility. A licensed manager will then be assigned to run the operation. From that point on, the manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation including purchasing product, cleaning the facility, hiring employees, etc. The Business Enterprises Consultant will stay in close contact with you to insure that our service is meeting your needs and expectations.
