Billy Brumlow - This is Billy's first year to serve as the Chair of the Committee of Blind Vendors and his fourth term on the Committee. He is one of two Middle Tennessee State University grads on the Committee and is one of two members who represents the Chattanooga area of southeast Tennessee. He manages TBE's cafe / vending facility at the TVA Complex-Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga. He has been a licensed Manager with TBE since 2003. Prior to joining TBE, Billy was with the U. S. Postal Service in Human Resources for 17 years.
Mary Baker - Mary is the Committee's Vice-Chair. Mary is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. She has been a TBE Manager for fifteen years and has served on the Committee since 1995. Representing managers in middle Tennessee, she serves as the Chair of the Committee's Rules & Regulations and Legislative Subcommittees and is also on the Budget and Strategic Planning Subcommittees. She currently manages TBE's facility in the Tennessee Tower in Nashville. Prior to joining TBE, she held jobs both with the state and federal governments. Her husband, Steve, is also a licensed TBE Manager and operates the vending at the Metro Center Plaza Tower.
Jim Baker - Jim Baker is serving his first term on the Committee of Blind Vendors representing managers from the Nashville and middle Tennessee area. He services the vending machines at the Turney Correctional Center in Only, TN as well as several satellite locations. A dentist prior to losing his vision, Jim joined TBE in May of 2006. Jim serves on the Committee of Blind Vendors' Training, Personnel, Insurance, and Commissary Subcommittees. Jim is also known for his golfing talents having finished 2nd in the National Blind Golfer's Association 2009 national tournament in New York.
Ralph Brown - Ralph is one of two representatives from the Memphis area and is in his fifth term on the Committee. He now manages TBE's vending facility at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis. The facility consists of vending machines throughout the medical complex. He has been a licensed TBE Manager since 1994. He is Chair of the Insurance & Retirement Subcommittee while also serving on the Personnel, Budget, and Repair & Maintenance Subcommittees.
Missy Hammonds -Missy is serving her first term as the Committee representative from uppereast Tennessee. She manages the inmate commissaries at the Sullivan and Carter County Jails. She has been a licensed TBE manager since November, 2002. Prior to coming to Tennessee, Missy worked in the Florida program. She chairs the Committee of Blind Vendors' newly created Commissary Subcommittee and also serves on the Awards, Training, and Legislative Subcommittees.
John Spencer - John, a veteran of the United States Navy, has been a TBE Manager since 1989. He managed TBE's all-vending operation at Western Mental Health in Bolivar before moving to Hardeman County where he services the vending machines in the visitors' areas at two Corrections Corporation of America run prisons. John represents the managers of rural west Tennessee. He serves on the Training, Rules & Regulations, Awards, and Commissary Subcommittees.
Kevin Williams - Kevin is in his very first term as a Committee representative. He represents the managers in the Greater Memphis area. Kevin has been a TBE vendor for the past nine years and currently manages the vending route that includes all of the Memphis, Light, Gas & Water locations. He is getting his feet wet as a member of the Committee of Blind Vendors' Strategic Planning, Insurance, Personnel, and Repair & Maintenance Subcommittees.
