TBE'S AWARD WINNING MANAGERS

Each year, Tennessee Business Enterprises recognizes several outstanding managers for their accomplishments during the previous year. To be eligible for consideration, a manager must meet established performance standards in gross profit percentages, net profit percentages, health and sanitation scores and customer satisfaction survey results. TBE has many quality managers but these are the award winners for 2011.

Rookie of the Year - TBE's Rookie of the Year Award goes to a newcomer who has had the greatest impact. The 2011 award winner was Melissa Smith.
